Even though our online inventory is updated automatically, there may still be times when we inform you of a shortage of a particular item via telephone, email, or mobile text. In such cases, we may choose to either supply a lesser amount than what was ordered or cancel the order with prior notice.
If an order needs to be cancelled after shipment, the vendor's individual return policy will apply, and most vendors charge a return fee in such cases.
Shipping & Prices
Please note that the prices of our products may vary depending on the fulfillment location and the currency used for payment. Each product has a fixed price for each location, with North American products having a fixed USD price and European products having a fixed EUR price.
In cases where a product is fulfilled in one location but paid for in a different currency, the price will be a floating price. For example, if you order a t-shirt that is only fulfilled in the US and pay for it in EUR, you will pay the USD price converted to EUR, which will depend on the exchange rate for that month.
If you order a product that is fulfilled in Europe and pay for it in EUR, you will pay the fixed EUR price.
Shipment confirmation and Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from Be Monsterful (www.be-monsterful.com). This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that Be Monsterful and www.be-monsterful.com are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. The customer is solely responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes.
Unfortunately, Be Monsterful and www.be-monsterful.com are not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. To ensure a smooth process, it is recommended that you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.
We process all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be some delays in shipment. Please allow extra time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in your order shipment, our team will notify you via email.
